French star Kylian Mbappe is reportedly moving Liverpool’s Mohamed Salah closer to a move to Paris Saint-Germain.
The Egyptian Pharaoh is nearing the end of his current contract with his side the Reds, which expires in June 2025, amid his club’s attempts to extend his contract.
Mo Salah has been linked with a possible exit from Liverpool as Saudi League clubs try to attract him, including the Jeddah Football Association, which was already in talks with the English club last summer.
Mohamed Salah closes in on Paris Saint-Germain
According to the English newspaper Mirror, the Reds club is monitoring the transfer of Frenchman Kylian Mbappe, a star of Paris Saint-Germain, to Real Madrid.
He added that it would be a better sporting move than Saudi Arabia if the Egypt captain wanted a change of scenery and continue competing in Europe.
It is worth noting that in the last summer transfer period Mo Salah rejected a tempting offer from the Saudi club Al-Ittihad, the amount of which amounted to 200 million euros.
Saudi League clubs are keen to sign Mohamed Salah, led by Al-Hilal and Al-Ittihad.
