    Manchester United willing to consider selling Eriksen in summer transfer window

    Christian Eriksen, keen to remain at Manchester United for the second half of the season, is believed to have abandoned his interest in Galatasaray in January but his future with the 20-time English champions remains uncertain. In accordance with TalkSportUnited will be willing to consider offers for his services in the summer with just 12 months remaining on his contract.

    Eriksen will be 32 by the end of the season and new co-owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe is said to be keen on reducing the average age of the squad under coach Erik ten Hag. It remains to be seen whether Galatasaray’s interest will be renewed in due course or whether there will be other clubs willing to sign the experienced midfielder.

    Following a cardiac arrest Eriksen suffered while representing Denmark at the last European Championship, his contract with Inter Milan was terminated. After recovering, he spent half a season at Brentford before signing for United as a free agent in the summer of 2022.
