Moise Keane scored twice as Juventus passed Lazio to third in Serie A after a 3-0 win at the Allianz Stadium.

Starting up front in the absence of Dušan Vlahovic’s injury, Keane opened the scoring shortly before halftime with a neat cross from 20 yards.

The fit Italy international then scored his fourth goal in five games in the 54th minute to secure Massimiliano Allegri’s sixth consecutive league win as third-placed Arkadiusz Milik’s lead widened even further.

The victory allowed Juventus to hold on to Lazio, who have won only two of their last 36 matches in this match, and ensured the Bianconeri’s momentum continued between the World Cups.

Keane was a threat from the start, training close to the far post.

Nicolò Fagioli then called Ivan Provedel into action from afar, while Milik brilliantly controlled a long pass before bending the ball from a 20-yard shot just over the target.

The hosts broke ahead two minutes before the break. Adrien Rabiot stripped Sergej Milinkovic-Savic of possession before his accurate pass landed on Keane, who neatly flipped over the advancing Provedel.

Lazio arrived in Turin after conceding just one away goal this season, but Provedel lost again nine minutes after the restart, with Keane scoring into an empty net after the Biancocelesti keeper parried Filip Kostic’s initial shot.

The visitors struggled to pose a real threat on the other end. Wojciech Szczesny comfortably parried handballs from Luis Alberto and Pedro before Milik turned beckoning center Federico Chiesa to complete a fine Juventus win.
