Youssouf Fofan on Nottingham Forest’s Radar for Potential Signing

    According to David Ornstein of AthleticNottingham Forest have made a verbal offer to sign Monaco midfielder Youssouf Fofan. The Ligue 1 team is believed to be leaning towards accepting a €35m offer with easily achievable allowances to boost the amount.
