Timo Werner is open to leaving Chelsea in the summer transfer window, second 90 minutes. It is reported that Chelsea are looking for a top-notch striker, and this has led the German national team forward to contemplate his future.
Chelsea, who won the Champions League last season, look to Erling Haaland, Romelu Lukaku and Antoine Griezmann as potential forward signings this summer. Werner’s camp told Borussia Dortmund that he would be open to a transfer to the German club. Bayern Munich, Juventus and Paris Saint-Germain are also looking to the 25-year-old forward.
Werner joined Chelsea from RB Leipzig last summer. The German international made 29 appearances as a starter and six appearances as a substitute in the Premier League for the Blues last season, scoring six goals and providing eight assists in the process. The 25-year-old has scored four goals and two assists in 12 Champions League games for the London club.
