Manchester City are interested in signing Inter Milan centre-back Skriniar in the summer of 2023, according to 90 minutes. Skriniar’s contract with former Serie A champions Inter Milan is out at the end of the season, and reigning Premier League champions City are among clubs keen to secure the services of the 27-year-old Slovakian centre-back on a free transfer.
Skriniar has been in Inter’s books since 2017 and is one of the best centre-backs in Serie A. The 27-year-old played nearly 200 Serie A games for the Nerazzurri, and won the Serie A championship, Coppa Italia and Supercoppa Italiana once a head with the Milanese giants.
The Slovakian international centre-back has made 14 starts and one substitute appearance in Serie A for Inter so far this season. Skriniar has made five UEFA Champions League starts and one substitute appearance for the Nerazzurri so far this season.
