Real Madrid are looking to strengthen their ranks in the upcoming summer transfer period to get the team back on the podium once again.
The Royal Club presented an unsuccessful season at international level, as they lost the Champions League in the semi-finals at the hands of Manchester City.
Verratti’s Real Madrid deal scuttled
French newspaper L’Equipe reported that Verratti, the Paris Saint-Germain midfielder, has suspended his move to the Royal Club due to bad relations between the management of the French and Spanish clubs.
Marco Verratti wants to leave Paris Saint-Germain and join the Royal Club during the next summer transfer period.
Al-Maringhi is keen to sign the midfielder and there are several candidates for the position, most notably Belmingham, the German player from Borussia Dortmund.
Notably, Real Madrid are close to settling a renewal for midfield duo Toni Kroos and Luka Modric to rule out any news of their departure.
