Pedro Porro will not leave Sporting Lisbon for Tottenham Hotspur in this window, according to David Ornstein of Athletic. Negotiations between the two clubs broke down after Sporting backtracked on their claims.
The Spurs were keen to bolster their right wing ranks ahead of the second half of the season, and they reportedly saw Porro as the ideal candidate.
