Villarreal and Levante played a pre-season friendly on Thursday, which ended goalless.
Roberto Soldado, the 36-year-old striker recently signed by Levante who played for Villarreal, committed a really poor tackle from 21-year-old Villarreal defender Jorge Cuenca after finishing second in a run for the ball. Poor sportsmanship, unsuitable for a player of his Soldado experience, for any game, let alone a friendly.
Interestingly, Soldado only received a yellow card for this. Because it was a friendly, right?
