Ronaldo’s Dramatic Hat-Trick Secures Miraculous Comeback Win for Al Nasr

Cristiano Ronaldo’s Al-Nasr striker scored three goals in stoppage time in a stunning 3-1 victory over Al-Bateen to take the top spot in the Saudi Pro League on Friday.

Ronaldo’s team were losing 1-0 and appeared to be on their way to their first defeat in five games against Al Batina’s team, who were bottom of the league with just one win all season.

But Abdulrahman Gharib equalized in the 93rd minute before Mohammed Al-Fatil sharply gave Al-Nasr the lead in the 12th minute of extra time.

The points were saved two minutes later when Gharib forced Mohammed Maran to add third and move Al Nasr to the top of the table.

Despite his team’s impressive comeback, Ronaldo failed to score for the first time in five matches.

However, it wasn’t for lack of trying, as the five-time Ballon d’Or winner landed seven shots for the team, although he only hit the target once.

Ronaldo won the league’s Player of the Month award before kick-off, scoring eight goals and adding two assists in February when his team was undefeated.
