Advisor Turki Al-Sheikh, Chairman of the General Entertainment Authority of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, said that an agreement has been reached with the American club Inter Miami to participate in the Riyadh Cup matches.
Al-Sheikh published a blog entry on his official account on the X platform: “The last dance, the historic match that brings together football legends Ronaldo and Messi.”
He added: “Inter Miami will play against Al Nasr FC in the Riyadh Season Cup at the Kingdom Arena in February 2024.”
Messi and Ronaldo are back on Saudi soil
The Riyadh Cup competition is planned to be held between American teams Inter Miami, Al Hilal and Al Nasr using a league system. Whoever manages to collect the most points from the three teams will win the title.
The tournament starts on February 1, 2024 at the Kingdom Arena.
