Rob Holding: ‘We could have beaten Manchester United by three or four goals’

Arsenal defender Rob Holding states that his side could have won by three or four goals against Manchester United on Sunday.

Arsenal defender Rob Holding has claimed that the Gunners could have beaten Manchester United “3-0 or 4-0” on Sunday afternoon.

The Gunners put in an outstanding screen at Old Trafford and eventually secured all three points thanks to a second-half penalty from Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang

The capital side had a variety of chances to score in the first half, however, and Holding has claimed that it must have been a more comfy triumph for Mikel Arteta‘s side.

“Yeah, happy with the performance and the clean sheet. We’ve not won here in 14 years in the league so it’s nice to get that off our backs,” the Night Requirement prices quote Holding as stating.

“The team’s just improving and hopefully we can just keep this momentum. We hit the crossbar in the first half and B’s had that header he could’ve put in. On another day we maybe win that 3-0 or 4-0. Just happy to get the win and the clean sheet.”

Arsenal are next in Premier League action at home to Aston Vacation Home on November 8.
