Report: Spurs set to renew talks to sign Pierre Emile Hojbjerg

According to reports from the Daily Mail, Tottenham Hotspur are set to renew talks to sign Pierre Emile Hojbjerg from Southampton this summer.

Jose Mourinho is looking to sign a main midfielder this summer, and has allocated Hojbjerg as a capacity option for Spurs.

Nevertheless, the north London club are not the only ones who are interested in signing the 24- year-old midfielder. Spurs are most likely to face strong competition from Premier League measures up to Everton for Hojbjerg’s signature.

According to reports from Sky Sports, both Tottenham and Everton are secured talks with Southampton over a deal to sign the midfielder.

The Saints boss Ralph Hasenhuttl has made it very clear that Hojbjerg will not be permitted to leave the club on low-cost.
