The Real Madrid star sent a message of support to Barcelona’s Pablo Javi after he was injured in Spain’s Euro 2024 qualifying match against Georgia.
The Catalan club explained Xavi’s injury in an official statement, saying: “Tests carried out on Monday morning showed that first team player Xavi is suffering from a complete tear of the anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee, as well as a lateral meniscus injury. “
Barca confirmed that the player will undergo surgery in the coming days and new medical information is expected to be provided after that.

Joselu, a striker at Royal Club, sent Xavi a message via his personal Instagram account saying: “We are with you, you will come back stronger than ever.”
Xavi was injured while participating in the final European Championship qualifying group match between Spain and Georgia, where he was forced to leave the match after just 26 minutes.
