According to reports in the French press, Real Madrid are keen to sign Norwegian striker Erling Haaland, a Manchester City star, at the expense of Frenchman Kylian Mbappe, a Paris Saint-Germain star.

The idea of making this move for Haaland comes as a result of the many confusions that the Merengue administration has faced in trying to appoint the French star to the Bernabeu in recent years.
The Norwegian star joined City from Borussia Dortmund in the summer of 2022.

Since joining City manager Pep Guardiola’s coaching staff, the 23-year-old has made 71 appearances across all competitions, scoring 69 goals and providing a further 12 assists.
Disagreement at Real Madrid over Mbappe and Haaland!
According to the French newspaper RMC, many in Real Madrid prefer to sign Norwegian Erling Haaland, Manchester City striker.
According to the same newspaper, the men want the club to exercise the release clause that the Norwegian striker included in his contract, which could give the Merengue management the opportunity to sign him as part of the upcoming summer transfers.
