The match between the royal team and their counterpart from Girona took place on Saturday evening as part of the eighth round of the 2023-2024 Spanish Premier League.

In a fierce battle that pitted the two teams at the top of the La Liga table, the Merengues won 3-0 at the Montilfi Stadium with goals from Joselu, Chuamini and Bellingham.

Los Blancos finished first in the Spanish league standings with 21 points, while Girona languished in third place in the La Liga table with 19 points.

Special number for Real Madrid in the Spanish league.
