Mbappe reacts to being excluded from Paris Saint-Germain Asian tour
And the French Football Federation issued an official statement criticizing the actions of Paris Saint-Germain, as it threatened to sue, the Bleacher Report website reports.
“All players must have the same working conditions as the professional workforce,” the French Federation of Professional Footballers said in a statement.
Relations between 24-year-old Kylian Mbappe and the management of Paris Saint-Germain deteriorated after the striker refused to extend his contract with the Parisian team by another year until 2025, which would allow him to leave the Mercato next summer on a free transfer.
Mbappe plans to stay at Prinspark until the end of his contract in the summer of 2024 to receive a loyalty award from Paris Saint-Germain and then he can go to Real Madrid for free, with a big extra reward there in exchange for signing a contract with the Spanish side, but Qatari Nasser Al Khulaifi, president of Paris Saint-Germain, has let his striker decide his final position before early next August, either through a contract extension or leave this summer.
