The former president of the Egyptian Arab Contractors Club, Sheriff Habib, who has endorsed the professionalization of his compatriot star Mohamed Salah in Europe, expected the Liverpool striker not to move to Saudi club Ittihad Jeddah.
Sheriff Habib has said in media statements that Mohamed Salah will remain in the English Premier League due to his desire for the Ballon d’Or, a dream the Egyptian star has always pursued since his professional days in Europe.

The former president of the Arab Contractors Club noted that Mohamed Salah has a culture of professionalism shared by great stars such as Argentinean star Lionel Messi and Portugal’s Cristiano Ronaldo, as well as former Cameroonian striker Eto’o.
Sheriff Habib said the fans are encouraging the team, not the player, noting that France’s Karim Benzema lost by joining Al-Ittihad Jeddah following the Real Madrid fans who look after the team first.
