French side Paris Saint-Germain announced today, on Monday, their contract with the Portuguese national team striker Gonzalo Ramos from Benfica on a one-season loan with the possibility of a permanent purchase.
Ramos became the eighth player signed by the French capital during the current summer transfer period, after Slovak defenders Milan Skrinjar, Frenchman Lucas Hernandez, Portuguese midfielders Manuel Ugarte, Italian Cher N’Dour, Spanish strikers Marco Asensio, South Korean Kang-In Li, and Spanish goalkeeper Arno Tennis.

Ramos drew attention at the Qatar 2022 World Cup when he participated largely at the expense of Portugal star Cristiano Ronaldo against Switzerland and led his country to a convincing 6-1 win with a beautiful hat-trick. .
Ramos also played a major role for Benfica last season, scoring 27 goals and providing 12 assists in various competitions, leading his team to the Portuguese Liga title.
