The Philadelphia Union’s winless run continued after drawing 1-1 at home with 10-man Chicago Fire in the MLS on Sunday.

Union, fifth in the Eastern Conference, fell behind in the 10th minute with a header from Przemyslaw Frankowski from a cross from Boris Sekulic.

Chicago was reduced to 10 men when Wyatt Osmberg received a straight red card in the 34th minute, after the VAR review, and Philadelphia capitalized on the subsequent free kick.

German defender Kai Wagner scored the equalizer with a shot that went under the Chicago jumping wall.

Daniel Gazdag dismissed an opportunity for Philadelphia with a header that went wide in the 52nd minute, while Ilsinho, who came on, took a late volley.

Philadelphia has only won one of their last seven games.
