Press reports have shown recent strained relations between Italian coach Carlo Ancelotti and Real Madrid president Florentino Pérez, as well as the emergence of Arteta.
A feud broke out between Carlo Ancelotti and Pérez after Real Madrid drew against Atlético Madrid at the Santiago Bernabeu last week, Spanish newspaper Marca reported.
Arteta’s official response to negotiations with Real Madrid
Spanish coach Michael Arteta, coach of Arsenal’s first football team, explained Real Madrid’s talks to take charge of the team next season instead of Carlo Ancelotti, following a strained relationship between the Italian manager and Pérez due to poor results in the league.
Arteta said: “At the moment my focus is on Arsenal. The club currently has a plan that we are working on.”

And he continued: “Therefore, I confirm that I have not finally decided on my future, and what is reported that there are negotiations for Ancelotti’s successor in Madrid during the next season is not true.”
While the Spanish coach is leading the Arsenal team to the top of the English Premier League this season, his name has been associated with the move to coaching the royal team.
Arsenal in the Europa League
