Saudi reports have confirmed that Al Hilal’s board of directors, headed by Fahd bin Nafel, has announced Lionel Messi’s decision to join the leader next season.
With the Argentine legend not renewing his contract with Paris Saint-Germain and his stay in France coming to an end, there have been many reports confirming two offers from Inter Miami and Saudi Al-Hilal to include Lionel.
The 35-year-old striker’s contract with French first team club Paris Saint-Germain expires on June 30, 2023.
Al Hilal Official Response Allows Messi’s Decision
In this context, Saudi journalist Ali Al-Youssef revealed contacts with some sources in the Al-Hilal club and made sure that there is no agreement with Lionel Messi’s agents yet.
And Al Youssef tweeted that Lionel was being invited to join Al Hilal after being presented with a huge offer, in addition to being the highest paid player in the world.
Where the Al-Hilal club offered the Paris Saint-Germain striker a huge amount, approximately 400 million euros per season.
