McKennie snubs Bournemouth – Soccer News

According to a recent report from Tuttosport, Weston McKennie has snubbed an advance from Premier League club Bournemouth.

The 24-year-old American, currently with Juventus, has long been considered an intriguing prospect. The midfielder has not been without his personal controversies but, equally, he has also delivered incredible performances over the years for the Italian giants.

Bournemouth, however, won’t be where he lands, as he reportedly wants to hold out for a move to Chelsea or Tottenham.

Both London clubs are in need of big changes during the January transfer window, but whether or not McKennie is on their radar remains to be seen.

McKennie had some good times for the USMNT at the World Cup last winter. Alas, attempting to make it in the Premier League is an entirely different ball game, as many players have learned.
