    Inter Milan chief executive officer Beppe Marotta has exposed that Christian Eriksen will be free to leave the Italian giants during the January transfer window.

    The Denmark international has mainly struggled to impress for Inter since showing up from Tottenham Hotspur in January, handling just 4 goals and 3 assists in 33 getaways in all competitions.

    Manchester United are apparently thinking about a January move for the playmaker, and Marotta has exposed that the 28-year-old will be readily available for transfer at the start of 2021.

    “Yesterday, [Antonio] Conte answered in a very comprehensive way,” Marotta informed DAZN. “I plainly add that we will not hold a footballer back if they ask to be moved. We will have to make the right examinations.

    “Conte is using [Eriksen] with respect for the player and the club. At the moment no offers have arrived, but at the appropriate time we will try to make the right decisions.”

    Inter boss Conte stated that Eriksen “has had many opportunities” to show himself at the club since showing up in the winter season transfer window.

    The Black and Blues are believed to worth the former Ajax youngster in the region of ₤ 18m.
