    City are thought to be leading the race for the 20- year-old’s signature, however Valencia’s assessment of Torres has apparently impeded settlements in between the 2 clubs.

    According to the Daily Mail, the La Liga outfit are claiming a fee of ₤40 m in spite of Torres’ contract ending at the end of next season.
