According to a recent report from AS, Rafa Mir has revealed that he is ready to talk about his future at Wolverhampton Wanderers.
He will do so after the Olympic Games with the expectation of favoring a move to Atletico Madrid, the defending La Liga champions.
Mir, who barely smelled Molineux during his years in the Black Country, enjoyed a really strong loan spell with Huesca last season. While there is no guarantee he would succeed in the Premier League if given the chance, many Wolves fans feel like they should be given the opportunity to shine alongside Raul Jimenez.
Instead, he looks set to stay in La Liga, a place where he has proven himself to be one of the best strikers in the country – and will continue to do so if given the chance to shine with a team like Atletico.
