Bryan Gil has joined Tottenham in a deal that includes Erik Lamela’s transfer to Sevilla.
Bryan, who spent last season on loan from Sevilla at Eibar, will play for Spain at the Tokyo Olympics.
Last week, rumors surfaced that Spurs were close to signing the 20-year-old for £ 21.6m (€ 25m) plus Lamela, who joined the Premier League club from Roma in 2013.
Although no commission was confirmed, the deal was approved, subject to international clearance.
Bryan, who represented Spain at senior level and signed a five-year contract with Spurs, scored four goals in 29 appearances last season, with 29-year-old Lamela scoring three goals and assisting in 33 games in all competitions.
Lamela has signed a three-year contract with Sevilla and will wear the number 17 shirt for the 2021-22 campaign.
The Argentine international made 257 appearances in all competitions during his eight years at Tottenham.
Bryan, meanwhile, becomes the second signing of the Spurs under Nuno Espirito Santo, after the arrival of goalkeeper Pierluigi Gollini on loan from Atalanta.
Spurs have also tied Son Heung-min to a new contract, although uncertainty surrounds Harry Kane, who has been heavily linked to Manchester City.
