Spanish press reports have shown that Italian club Juventus are set to host the Barcelona star in January.
The Juventus team is suffering from a deterioration this season as they said goodbye to the Champions League from the group stage and are eighth in the Italian league standings.
And according to what was published in the Spanish newspaper Sport, Juventus want to sign the Dutch player Memphis Depay, the Barcelona striker, during the January transfer window.
It is worth noting that Juventus tried to sign Depay last summer, and Barcelona allowed Italian club officials to negotiate with the Dutch striker, but the parties did not reach an agreement due to the high salary of the former Lyon striker.
And a Spanish newspaper pointed out that Depay is still on the reinforcements list being considered by Juventus’ Italian manager Massimiliano Allegri due to the scoring infertility the old lady has been suffering from lately.
This season, Memphis Depay is Barcelona’s latest attacking option under manager Javi Hernandez in La Liga, where he has only made two appearances, scored one goal and was against Elche, while missing six matches due to injury.
