Journalist This was stated by Graham Bailey. Talking Transfers Podcast that Jorginho could leave Arsenal at the end of the season. The Italy midfielder joined Arsenal from London and Premier League rivals Chelsea on the final day of the January transfer window.
While Arsenal are currently at the top of the Premier League table and could win the title, Chelsea are struggling to even finish in the top four and could end up missing out on a place in the UEFA Champions League next season.
Bailey said: “He’s improved. Taking it now, one player does not make a team, but this player can have such an impact on the Arsenal team.
“He has experience, he is impressive. I’m not surprised that Arteta is excited about this. It could be the signing that will earn them the title
“I don’t think it affected their long-term transfer ambitions. Someone told me they wouldn’t be surprised if Jorginho lifted the title and then returned to Italy in the summer.”
