James Milner strikes deal with Brighton

    According to Fabrizio Romano, Brighton & Hove Albion have reached a full deal with James Milner on a free transfer when his contract with Liverpool expires at the end of the season. The veteran midfielder will sign a contract to spend next season with the Seagulls.
