Pierre Webo declares 4th official Sebastian Coltescu described him by the colour of his skin.
The coach at the centre of a racism storm in the Champions League this week has stated he is “ashamed” of the occurrence.
Istanbul Basaksehir‘s players strolled off the pitch during their final group match against Paris St Germain on Tuesday after the 4th official supposedly disparagingly referenced the colour of assistant coach Pierre Webo‘s skin.
The game was consequently deserted for the night prior to resuming on Wednesday with a new set of authorities.

Former Cameroon international Webo informed the BBC: “I do not desire individuals to concentrate on me due to the fact that of this, it will be a pity if I’m remembered for this. I repent of it to be honest.
“These two or three days have been the most difficult of my career.”

Both teams used anti-racism Tee shirts in the warm-up on Wednesday and took a knee prior to the match, while banners in the stands enhanced the message.
Asked if the team would take the exact same action once again, Webo stated: “We revealed that we will do that. It’s not the ref who is going to stop it, it’s the players.
“In my opinion, December 8, there is a before and after. It will be remembered.”
Istanbul, who were already removed from the competition, went on to lose the match 5-1.
