Kai Havertz and Niko Schlotterbeck were out of the Germany squad for the friendly against Belgium on Tuesday.
Both players started Saturday’s 2-0 victory over Peru, but the German Football Association (DFB) confirmed on Sunday they were back at their clubs.
Chelsea striker Havertz pulled out of the match against Belgium due to illness, while Borussia Dortmund defender Schlotterbeck suffered a hip injury.
Germany head coach Hansi Flick has decided not to call for a substitute for the friendly match at the RheinEnergieStadion in Cologne.
Belgium, which beat Sweden 3-0 on Friday in the first UEFA Euro 2024 qualifier, will be without Real Madrid goalkeeper Thibault Courtois due to a minor injury.
