Feyenoord beat Roma 1-0 in the first leg of Thursday’s Europa League quarter-final thanks to a great strike from midfielder Mats Wiffer.
The Feyenoord hero could very well have been a villain, having conceded a handball penalty earlier, but fortunately for him and his team, Roma captain Lorenzo Pellegrini failed to score from the penalty spot.
