    Cristiano Ronaldo Receives Touching Message from Bader Al-Mutawa

    Kuwait star Bader Al Mutawa sent a message to Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo, striker of Saudi club Al-Nasr, after the latter broke the record for most international appearances.

    Cristiano Ronaldo reached his 197th cap for Portugal during his participation against Liechtenstein (4-0) last Thursday at the start of his career in the 2024 European Nations Cup qualifiers and the Madeira Rocket became the most players in international matches, per match. For volunteer only.

    Badr Al Mutawa posted a photo on his Twitter account in which he congratulated Ronaldo, saying: “I am honored to represent my country in 196 international matches. I am grateful for the privilege of being the most involved male player.”

    Kuwaiti legend Al Azraq added: “I am happy that the record will now be passed on to Cristiano Ronaldo. You are truly a legend and a role model for every football player. I wish you good luck and much more, and amazing achievements.”

    Veteran star Cristiano Ronaldo, 38, is also his country’s highest scoring player in international matches, with 120 goals since his first involvement in 2004, and the highest scoring player in football history, with 830 goals.
