Bundesliga standouts Bellingham, Thuram, and Colo Muani poised for blockbuster moves this summer

With Thomas Tuchel still trying to find some stability since arriving at Bayern Munich in March, it looks like the Bundesliga title race is coming to an end this season.

While the Premier League may have broken a number of financial records in the last two transfer windows, this season has seen the arrival of a host of European superstars in Germany’s top flight.

After watching the likes of Robert Lewandowski leave Germany last year in search of a new Spanish adventure, it seems like a number of Bundesliga stars are generating real interest in 2023.

Ahead of what looks like a rollercoaster ride across Germany, we’ve taken a look at three Bundesliga superstars eyeing the blockbuster.

    Jude Bellingham – Borussia Dortmund

While Borussia Dortmund may still be in the race for the first Bundesliga crown since 2012, many in rural Germany have agreed that their midfield mascot will be on the move this summer.

Only continuing to shine this season and quickly becoming one of Europe’s most sought-after stars, Jude Bellingham finds his stock at a red-hot high and it’s no secret that the entire elite of world football are desperate to snag an England international.

Having actually made the announcement in Qatar in the winter when Gareth Southgate’s team reached the quarter-finals of the World Cup, the ex-Birmingham starlet appears destined for what will be a historic move to the Bernabeu when the transfer window reopens.

While Premier League giants Manchester City may be another European player looking to bring Bellingham back to England, it is Real Madrid who appear to have come on pole position to get the 19-year-old’s signature.

Having scored four goals in the Champions League this season and no English player has scored more European strikes, ESPN It was reported last week that Los Blancos had already agreed personal terms with Camp Bellingham and they are close to agreeing on a fee that could top £100m.

Randal Colo Muani – Eintracht Frankfurt

Showcasing a number of problems on both sides of the March international break, Eintracht Frankfurt admitted they would need a small Bundesliga miracle to achieve a European finish this season.

However, while the Eagles may have come under scrutiny since the 2023 opening, the impressive Randal Kolo Muani has continued the real scoring game this year.

Having really burst onto the scene when France took the World Cup silver medal in Qatar over the winter, the 24-year-old has been linked with what could be a record promotion to the Premier League when the window reopens.

After scoring again when Frankfurt scored their final DFP Pokal ticket on 3 May, Kolo Muani has also scored 13 goals in the Bundesliga this season – a tally second only to Werder Bremen’s Niklas Fullkrug.

Although daily mail May have been told last week that the Eagles bet £78m for their attacking talisman, Premier League heavyweights Manchester United are still looking to wrap up the blockbuster this summer and are keeping an eye on the situation with Colo Muani.

    Marcus Thuram – Borussia Mönchengladbach

Already realizing that their expectation of returning to Europe will last at least one more season, Borussia Mönchengladbach are not particularly happy about this season.

Knowing that the best they can do is get a disappointing first-half finish, the Borussia-Park hierarchy seems to have come to terms with the fact that their attacking MVP will leave the Bundesliga this summer.

While the Foals may have built a reputation for defensive issues throughout the 2022/23 campaign, Markus Thuram has undeniably been Gladnach’s standout player on both sides of the World Cup winter break.

Having equaled Kolo Muani in 13 Bundesliga strikes this season, the French international looks destined for a free trade this summer after missing every opportunity to renew his current contract in North Rhine-Westphalia.

daily mail It was speculated last week that Premier League giants such as Manchester United, Chelsea and Arsenal have expressed huge interest in acquiring Thuram when his contract expires in June.

After scoring 18 goals in the Bundesliga this season and becoming a regular for France’s Didier Deschamps, the 25-year-old has a big decision to make in the next few weeks.
