Brighton & Hove Albion midfielder Moises Caicedo is being actively pursued by Arsenal as the transfer window draws to a close and he has publicly expressed his desire to leave Amex. In response, the club told him that he would not be allowed to leave mid-season and instructed to stay away from team training until the window closed.
Manager Roberto De Zerbi defended the player, saying that other people influenced his actions.
