Bayern rumored to be considering Tuchel as their next coach

    Bayern Munich sensationally sacked Julian Nagelsmann and Thomas Tuchel could take his place.

    Although it has not been officially confirmed by the German club, reports spread widely on Thursday that Nagelsmann had been sacked.

    Bayern are second in the Bundesliga, one point behind Borussia Dortmund, and one of their rivals’ former coaches is favorite to replace Nagelsmann.


    Tuchel, who was sacked by Chelsea in September, has already agreed to become the new Bayern manager, according to Fabrizio Romano.

    Tuchel’s first game will be on 1 April against his former side Dortmund.

    Bayern take on Manchester City in the quarter-finals of the Champions League. Nagelsmann, meanwhile, will no doubt be associated with more high-end jobs.
