Bayern Munich expresses interest in Gallagher

Munich have contacted Chelsea to inquire about the possibility of a move for Conor Gallagher, according to Bayern Munich. TalkSport. Bayern head coach Thomas Tuchel, who coached Gallagher at Chelsea, appears eager to reunite with his former charge at Stamford Bridge as the club look to bolster their midfield ranks.

Over the last two transfer windows, Chelsea have made some big deals in the center of the park. In particular, they paid over £200m for Enzo Fernandez and Moises Caicedo and as a result, Gallagher’s chances of regular playing time at Stamford Bridge were reduced.

Liverpool are credited with a strong interest in Bayern star Ryan Gravenberh and if the young Dutchman leaves, the Bundesliga champions will need a replacement. This is where Gallagher comes to the rescue.

Meanwhile, Bayern and Chelsea are reportedly discussing a potential deal for defender Trevo Chalob, whom the Bavarians see as a potential replacement for Inter-bound Benjamin Pavard.
