Javier Tebas, President of the Spanish League, made an interesting announcement about the signing of Lionel Messi, the first Kylian Mbappé, by Barcelona.
Barcelona are currently trying to resolve the financial crisis with the gaming laws with the Liga La Liga in order for the Argentine star to return again.

Lionel has a contract with Paris Saint-Germain that expires in the summer of 2023 and many reports have indicated that the player will leave the team at the end of the current season.
The inclusion of Messi and Mbappe in La Liga presidency surprised Barcelona with this announcement.

Tebas said in a press statement today, Thursday: “We don’t care if Barcelona take Messi or Mbappe. Here we apply laws and financial budgets and if they stick to that, they decide whether to sign a contract with 7 players or only with one player.
Tebas continued his speech by saying: Will Barcelona play outside of Europe? It is they who decide that if it is financially beneficial for them, then it will be good for me, and moving to another league is legally impossible.
And about the departure of Matteo Alemany, he said: “I know him well. He made his decision as an adult. There are no irreplaceable people either in La Liga or in Barcelona.
