Barcelona need no motivation ahead of their Europa League trip with Manchester United as Xavi believes there is enough chance of winning at Old Trafford.
The pair will meet in the second leg of the play-off round after a throbbing 2-2 draw at the Camp Nou last week.
Xavi, who was the Barcelona player who beat United in the Champions League final in 2009 and 2011, is enjoying the competition.
With a trip to England and specifically to Old Trafford, Xavi believes it will be more than enough to inspire his players, regardless of the result of the first leg.
“I have very good memories of the games I played in England, simply because playing there is something special,” he told the Times. “This is the cradle of football.
“The stadium, the fans who don’t stop applauding, everything has a special flavor that can’t be found anywhere else in the world.
“Imagine what a pleasure it would be for me to be back at Old Trafford, one of the best stadiums and [one of the] the biggest teams in the world.

“We are a brave team that loves to attack and always win. [This game] will not be an exception. It’s like a big Champions League match.
“For the fans, this is a very interesting match. For the players [it is] one of those matches that everyone wants to play at least once in their life.”
Barcelona were forced to play from behind to save a draw against United, a force revived by Erik ten Hag.
United have turned their home stadium into a fortress, having not suffered a single defeat on their territory since the beginning of September.
However, Xavi was not intimidated by their uniforms, adding, “Fear? Fear of what? On the contrary, Old Trafford motivates. [you].
“This is one of those stadiums where you want to play at least once in your life, where you need to squeeze the maximum out of yourself.”
