Chelsea defender Antonio Rudiger confesses that he is unhappy with his lack of game time at Stamford Bridge, however the German swears to eliminate for his place.
Chelsea castaway Antonio Rudiger has confessed that he is unhappy with his lack of game time in the English capital.
The former Roma man has fallen out of favour with Frank Lampard this season, with Kurt Zouma and Thiago Silva forming an efficient centre-back collaboration at Stamford Bridge.
Rudiger has only ended up 5 times in all competitions for Chelsea this season – consisting of a singular Premier League appearance – however the Germany international has firmly insisted that he will battle to restore his place in Lampard’s team.
Speaking With ZDF, Rudiger stated: “I can’t be satisfied with my situation, but the fight has been accepted. What will happen in January is a long way off. I’m complete relaxed.”
Rudiger is connected to the Blues up until completion of the 2021-22 campaign, and the 27-year-old has made 120 appearances for Chelsea since his arrival in 2017.
The German’s fellow centre-back Fikayo Tomori has also been frozen out of the Chelsea team in recent weeks, with the Englishman being linked with a move to Ligue 1 outfit Good.
