Massimiliano Allegri is not worried about the absence of Dusan Vlahovic and said that the striker returned to training on Friday.
Vlahovic struggles with a groin injury as Juventus prepare to restart the Serie A season against Cremonese next Wednesday after the World Cup break.
The Serbian international scored in his only World Cup start in Qatar, scoring against the Swiss in a 3-2 win.
Vlahovic is the Bianconeri’s top scorer this season with seven goals and head coach Allegri is not bothered by his injury problems.
He said after a 1-1 friendly draw against Standard on Friday: “No. I never worry, think about my life philosophy. I see all things as a possibility.
“If we had [Paul] Pogba and probably all the great players we have. [Fabio] Miretti, [Nicolo] Fagioli wouldn’t play.
“They’re all good at saying, ‘Don’t let young players play.’ Young players, unless they are extraordinary players, play when certain situations arise.”
@mati_soul kept his cool after the penalty as the Bianconeri played out a 1–1 friendly draw against Belgian rivals Standard Liège at the Allianz Stadium.
